汽泡不算密但細緻, 酸度高, 檸檬等柑橘類(citrus)味明顯, 汽泡散後甘苦味稍多, 作為開胃酒可說十分稱職

Heinrich Briebeler Zeltinger Himmelreich Auslese1969
餘糖 (residual sugar)已完全融入酒中, 酒體中高度豐厚, 酸度高, 果味稍遜, 明顯地已從山頂走下坡, 但以千餘元當是體驗舊酒的表現已值回票價

Domaine Marcoux CDP 2000
果味充沛, 酒體結實, 仍十分年輕, 相信陳年後會更有風味.  柏加(Robert Parker)的價值得到驗值, 因為1999 - 2001 三個年份均同價, 所以大夥兒選擇了最高分數的一年去試, 而大家也很滿意此酒的表現

personally i dont think that your idea would work since -

1.  high end wines are not the most profit making portion in the wine industry
2.  most consumers in HK prefers (or actually knows) expensive wines from France, Australian high end wines are not that popular in HK
3.  the price you quoted is not really too attractive from my view
