C Hing I think you got it perfectly RIGHT!!! 100% agree and one thing I must add to your detailed list is: the girls are doing service for you for what you had paid, but if you show enough RESPECT for her ( like thank you when she hand the towel, kiss on the neck and shoulders like lovers, nice hug before getting into shower, and tlak to her like you first date your girl friend....etc ....) all these little details will help her feel like you love her ( at least for that 2 hours...) and not machine like...

Of course if the whole thing wents well you can tip extra 100 or 200 to show appreciation, some brothers may think we are rottening the girls but sure if you return to her next time she will treat you differently...feel so good....
