The idea is really great! Indeed, even the two bottles are of different vintage, we will be able to taste the style of the winery in differnt years (vertical comparison), that should be a good experience.

BUT, let's do that later, this time, let's make it more simple and enjoying.  As I said before, I will bring 2 white, though not the same, you will see something interesting among them.

it is easy for my pretty colleague and i to bring 2 same bottles, coz i will buy one more bottle ar. let me see if i can buy diff vintage!

Hi, it is me again. May I ask a new question (yet silly one, haha). Did anyone of us try all the 4th and 5th growh of Medoc. I recently tried one (Pontet canet 2000) but it was extremely disappointing.

To tailawyau, is it possible to bring the wine aroma kits, as we discussed last time. I really want to test my smell. Thanks.

2b. Pan fried Foie Gras, apple brunois, Balsamic Reduction - $150

3a. Roasted black cod, Spanish Chorizo, prawn veloute - $290
3b. Char-grilled 250 days Grain Fed Filet of Beef - $360

4a. Crème Brulee - $60
4b. Chocolate mousse cake - $60

You can pick at the restaurant but I guess if one has already made up his/her mind, I would encourage them to pick earlier.  This will make life esier for them and avoid wastage of food.  But this is entirely up to you.

No, I don't think you can finish all the stuff.  You are meant to pick one from each category, or you will be having 2 each of starter, secondi, main, & dessert.  Do you mean between the two of you, you have one each?

eg. my pick would be -

1b, 2b, 3a & 4a.
