Perhaps you're not her frequent customer and she will not show up if she is not on duty.  But for frequent customers, she may greet you in person even if she is off duty!

Not really, I think, as this can be bought with time and money.  For real "江湖地位", you can't get it with any money or time!!

With your reference, usually I am nicely treated by the Mamis. If you have not got the status built up, how can it be?

me... I admiited that I am a frequent visit customer in the hospital... and I did give some red pocket to them during the lunar new year...

My peak time last year is 4 times a month in the hospital...
